Job Responsibilities

- Handle complete servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LiuGong heavy earth-moving equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, and dozers.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission-related issues.
- Independently handle machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and on-site service calls.
- Perform machine inspections, fault identification, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and minimize machine downtime.
- Prepare service reports, maintain job records, and coordinate spare parts requirements.
- Guide operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow company safety standards and service quality guidelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a relevant technical field.
- Robust hands-on experience in heavy earth-moving equipment servicing.
- Excellent knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, transmission, and machine diagnostics.
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair complex machine faults.
- Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and handle field breakdowns.
- Good communication, teamwork, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
