Job Summary

We are looking for a pleasant, energetic, and well-groomed Event Hostess to support the smooth execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, promotional activities, and other special occasions.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with registrations, coordinating guest movements, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all attendees.

This is a part-time contractual opportunity suitable for candidates looking for flexible, event-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests, clients, and attendees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with guest registration, check-in, and badge distribution.
- Guide guests to designated seating areas, meeting rooms, and event locations.
- Provide information about the event schedule, venue, and activities.
- Assist with guest coordination and crowd management.
- Support the event team with hospitality and guest engagement activities.
- Coordinate with event organizers and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the event.
- Handle guest queries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with event setup,



distribution of promotional materials, and other event-related activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic to good English communication.
- Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
- Punctual, responsible, and dependable.
- Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on event schedules.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Prior experience in event hosting, hospitality, customer service, or promotions will be an advantage.

Work Schedule

- Part-time and event-based assignments.
- Working hours will depend on the event schedule.
- Assignments may be scheduled on weekdays, weekends, or public holidays.
- Candidates must be available to report to the venue as per the assigned schedule.
