We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee multiple branch operations, drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth functioning of branches within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise multiple branches within the assigned area.
- Drive business development and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate Branch Managers and sales teams.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and business expansion.
- Monitor loan disbursement, collections, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare performance reports and coordinate with senior management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.




- 3–7 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Experience in branch management, sales, and team handling.
- Solid leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of loan products, collections, and financial operations.
