ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMFS) to join our Baroda team. You will carry out surgical procedures and patient consultations, and work closely with the clinic team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Consult patients, assess their suitability for procedures and plan treatment.

- Perform minor and major surgical procedures within your scope of training, following clinical protocols.

- Administer local anaesthesia and manage pre-operative and post-operative care.

- Prescribe medications and give clear aftercare instructions.

- Conduct regular patient follow-ups and track treatment outcomes.

- Obtain informed consent and keep accurate patient records.

- Ensure infection control, sterilisation and patient-safety standards in the OT.

- Coordinate with the clinic team, counsellors and management for smooth patient flow.





- Handle complications professionally and escalate when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

- BDS with MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognised university.

- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India / Gujarat State Dental Council.

- Relevant surgical experience as an OMFS (freshers with strong training may be considered).

- Training in hair transplant surgery is compulsory.

Preferred:

- Experience in a hair transplant, cosmetic or aesthetic clinic.

- Good command of English, Hindi and Gujarati.

- Candidate based in Baroda.
