Internship Overview
Trinex Global is inviting applications from students and freshers interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment activities and live hiring projects in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist in publishing job openings and building candidate pipelines.
- Support day-to-day recruitment coordination activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students and freshers from any academic discipline may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
