Job Description

We are looking for a disciplined, structured, and execution-focused Project Management Intern to support project execution and coordination across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing work, tracking tasks, following up with people, maintaining documentation, and ensuring things get completed on time.

You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are properly tracked, documented, and followed through.

Responsibilities:

- - Track project tasks, owners, timelines, and deliverables using project trackers.
- Follow up proactively with team members to collect status updates and ensure action items are completed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
- Support project managers in coordinating activities across different teams.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Monitor pending activities, identify delays, and escalate issues when required.
- Participate in project and stakeholder discussions and capture key decisions and next steps.
- Follow established project management processes and ensure required steps are completed.
- Prepare regular project status updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of project tracking and coordination processes.

Top Non-Negotiable Skills:

- - Recent graduate or upcoming graduate from a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong discipline and process adherence with attention to detail.
- Strong structured thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and proactively follow up with people.
- Positive written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.




- Basic understanding of Project Management fundamentals and Agile/Scrum concepts.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.
- Strong ownership and willingness to take responsibility for assigned activities.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and consistently follow defined processes.

Negotiable Skills:

- - Familiarity with RFP / RFI / Proposal Processes is beneficial.
- Understanding of core AI concepts and methodologies is a plus.
- Exposure to Machine Learning or data science principles is advantageous.
