JOB DESCRIPTION | MARKETING MANAGER – GROWTH & LEAD GENERATION

Department: Sales & Growth | Reports to: Head – Sales & Growth | Employment: Full time

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Plan and lead an integrated marketing function across Digital Marketing, Customer Support and Field Marketing to consistently generate qualified opportunities for DPFXPERT machine (FH1/X1) and franchise sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing strategies, budgets, campaigns and territory plans aligned with machine and franchise targets.

· Lead Digital Marketing: paid campaigns, SEO, landing pages, content strategy, lead generation and campaign optimisation.

· Manage Customer Support: enquiry response, lead qualification, CRM accuracy, follow-ups, nurturing and timely sales handovers.

· Direct Field Marketing: territory mapping, workshop/dealership/fleet outreach, visit plans, events and qualified prospect development.

· Build one measurable lead funnel; coordinate with Sales on lead quality, appointments, objections and conversion improvements.

· Set team KPIs, implement SOPs, review weekly dashboards, coach employees and drive accountability and continuous improvement.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or Business; preferably 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience with 2+ years leading teams. Experience in automotive, industrial equipment, machinery or franchise marketing preferred. Strong skills in digital campaigns, CRM, analytics, planning, communication and people management.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES – FIRST 90 DAYS

Establish an integrated marketing calendar, standard lead qualification process, unified CRM funnel and weekly performance scorecard for all three teams.

SUCCESS MEASURE: A predictable flow of qualified machine and franchise sales opportunities—not simply a high volume of enquiries.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
