CAP Unimedia is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for our brand, social media channels, client campaigns, promotional materials, and digital media projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand visual communication, and be able to transform creative ideas into professional, high-quality designs.

This role offers the opportunity to work across different creative projects, collaborate with video editors and content creators, and help shape the visual identity of CAP Unimedia and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design posters, promotional creatives, social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create visually engaging designs for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across designs and communication materials.
- Collaborate with the content, video production, marketing, and business development teams.
- Create thumbnails, event posters, recruitment creatives, and other digital assets.
- Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and audience requirements.
- Manage multiple assignments, incorporate feedback, and deliver work within deadlines.
- Keep up with design trends, typography, layouts,



and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, design quality, and versatility.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into effective visual communication.
- Positive time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Experience with Adobe InDesign, motion graphics, or AI-assisted design tools is an advantage.

Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant practical skills are encouraged to apply even if their educational background differs.
