Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory financial reporting, and Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation. Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing unit will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, ensuring accurate accounting, proper documentation, and timely financial reporting.
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable statutory requirements and deadlines.
- GST Returns: Prepare, review, and file GST returns accurately and within the prescribed timelines.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, statutory financial reports, and management reports to support business decisions.
- LC/BG Documentation: Handle the preparation, verification, and submission of Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documents to the concerned departments and financial institutions.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the accounts team, providing guidance, training, and support to improve performance and productivity.
- Cash Flow & Budgeting: Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Internal Controls:



Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
- Banking & Vendor Coordination: Maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate with other departments to collect financial information and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through technology, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in taxation laws, accounting standards, and statutory regulations, ensuring timely implementation.
- Management Support: Provide financial analysis, reports, and recommendations to senior management for strategic and operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduation in Commerce is mandatory.
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or an equivalent relevant qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing company or manufacturing unit will be preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, GST return filing, and statutory financial reporting.
- Practical experience in LC/BG documentation and banking-related procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with management, team members, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
