Requirements and Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.
- Must have Min. Exp – 8 to 12 years in fabrication and production supervision.
- Should have practical knowledge of fabrication drawings, engineering drawings, weld symbols, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Must be experience in handling fabrication processes such as MIG/MAG, TIG, and ARC welding.
- Must be Familiar with quality standards, welding quality, dimensional inspection, and rejection/rework control.
- Must have a knowledge of workplace safety, PPE compliance, 5S, and housekeeping practices.
- Should have ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities:

- Must plan, organize, and supervise daily fabrication activities for MS and SS components.
- Allocate manpower, machinery, tools, and materials according to job priorities.




- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and delivery schedules.
- Must ensure & monitor fabrication work is carried out as per approved engineering drawings and specifications.
- Must ensure fabricated components meet prescribed quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and customer requirements.
- Should supervise, guide and monitor individual and team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during welding, gas cutting, grinding, and other fabrication activities.
- Should maintain daily production reports, manpower records, job progress, rejection reports, and material consumption records.
