Saksham Signs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material purchasing, and inventory-related processes for our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing raw materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing of raw materials, hardware, furniture materials, LED components, and other manufacturing supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate competitive rates.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Work closely with Production, Store, and Accounts departments.
- Monitor pending purchase orders and follow up on material deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and vendor details.




- Coordinate with the Store department for stock availability and material requirements.
- Verify material quality, quantity, and specifications against purchase orders.
- Resolve vendor-related issues, including shortages, delays, and quality concerns.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising material quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Positive knowledge of vendor management, purchasing procedures, and material procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of Tally or ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates from the Manufacturing, Furniture, Signage, LED, or Fabrication industries will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Greater Noida, Noida, or Ghaziabad will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
