Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Mold Engineer to provide technical support to customers and assist with CAD/CAM software applications related to mold design and manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Cimatron, NX & CATIA CAD/CAM software.
- Conduct software demonstrations, training, and technical presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable mold design solutions.
- Support software installation, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide onsite customer support, training, and technical assistance.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer queries.
- Support customer relationship management and business development activities.




- Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technologies and industry trends.

Key Skills

- Basic knowledge of Mold Design & Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Cimatron, NX, CATIA, or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Education

4-Year Advanced Tool & Die Making Diploma

Preferred Institutes: IGTR, NTTF, CIPET
