Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic *Manager – Overhead Projects* to lead the execution of Government HT Overhead (OH) and electrical line projects, including pole erection, conductor stringing, line installation, and associated electrical infrastructure works. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, site execution, team management, client coordination, billing support, resource planning, and timely completion of projects while ensuring quality, safety, statutory compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of Government Overhead Projects, including HT OH line works, pole erection, conductor stringing, electrical line installation, and associated infrastructure works.

- Lead Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Contractors,



and Field Teams across multiple project locations.

- Coordinate with Government Authorities, Electricity Boards, DISCOMs, Utility Companies, Consultants, and Clients for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project schedules, daily work progress, installation targets, milestones, and workforce productivity.

- Plan manpower, machinery, materials, poles, conductors, insulators, and other electrical line accessories as per project requirements.

- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved timelines and budgets.

- Monitor quality standards, electrical safety practices, work permits, and statutory compliance at all sites.

- Supervise pole erection, foundation work, conductor stringing, sagging, earthing, and other overhead line installation activities, as applicable to the project.

- Verify measurements, support project billing, and maintain project profitability.

- Maintain project documentation, including Measurement Books (MB), WCC, drawings, inspection reports, progress reports, completion reports, and client records.

- Identify and resolve site issues, material shortages, operational challenges, and project escalations effectively.

- Ensure proper coordination between site teams, procurement, billing, and project management for uninterrupted execution.
