Skypedia Holidays is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Holiday Sales Executive to join our team at Chalakudy, Thrissur.
The role involves handling travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable holiday packages, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, travel dates and preferences.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Promote and sell packages mainly to destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Dubai.
- Prepare and share quotations and itineraries with customers.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular customer communication.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers, hotels, DMCs and other travel partners.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.
- Provide good customer service before and after booking.
- Stay updated about destinations, packages and travel requirements.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Malayalam communication is required; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales and the travel industry.
- Ability to work with monthly targets.
- Freshers can apply. Previous experience in travel sales/customer service will be an advantage.
