- Department: Technical Executive
- Location: Mumbai (Site + Office + Factory Visits)
- Reports To: Senior Fenestration Designer / Technical Lead
- Team Size: Individual Contributor
- Role Type: Execution Support (Post-Order)

2. Purpose of the Role





To support the Technical Lead in ensuring accurate site measurements, smooth coordination between site and factory, and effective execution of installation activities while maintaining quality and documentation standards.

3. Key Responsibilities

1. Site Measurement & Data Collection

- Assist Technical Lead in final site measurements
- Independently handle standard measurements after training
- Record dimensions, levels, and site conditions accurately
- Capture site photos and maintain proper documentation

2. Site Readiness Support

- Check basic site conditions (openings, levels, plaster readiness)
- Report discrepancies to Technical Lead
- Follow up with contractors/site teams for corrections

3. Production Coordination Support

- Share measurement data and site inputs with factory/design team
- Track production status and highlight delays
- Verify incoming material against basic specifications (sizes, quantities)

4. Installation Coordination

- Coordinate with installation teams for scheduling and site readiness
- Ensure materials are available at site before installation
- Assist in supervising installation activities
- Track daily progress and update Technical Lead

5. Quality Checks (On-Site)

- Perform basic quality checks during and after installation
- Identify visible issues (alignment, gaps, damages)
- Ensure finishing, sealing, and cleaning is done properly

6. Snagging & Closure Support





- Prepare snag lists and track closure
- Coordinate with installation team for rectifications
- Support final handover readiness

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain measurement sheets, site reports, and checklists
- Update project trackers / CRM
- Share daily/weekly updates with Technical Lead

4. Key Targets / Performance Measures

- Accuracy of measurements and site data
- Timely coordination of installation activities
- Reduction in execution delays due to miscommunication
- Quality of on-site supervision and issue identification
- Timeliness of reporting and documentation

5. Decision Authority

- No independent technical approvals
- Can take routine execution decisions on-site (coordination/logistics)
- Escalates all critical technical and quality decisions to Technical Lead

6. Key Interactions

Internal:
Technical Lead, Design Team, Factory/Production, Projects Team

External:
Installation Teams, Contractors, Site Engineers

7. Skills Required

Functional:

- Basic understanding of fenestration systems
- Ability to take measurements and read drawings (learning stage acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of site execution and coordination

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Discipline and reliability
- Willingness to work on-site regularly

8. Experience Required

- 1–4 years in site execution / building materials / fenestration
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical preferred

9. Growth Path

Technical Executive → Technical Lead → Technical Head → Regional head → Pan India Head

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
