Marketing Executive

About Nidra Salon

Nidra is a premium family salon of Raipur, established in 2005, offering professional hair, skin, beauty, spa and makeup services. We are looking for a proactive, organized and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to strengthen customer engagement, drive repeat business and coordinate marketing activities for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. WhatsApp Marketing & CRM

* Execute regular WhatsApp marketing campaigns using Nidra’s existing salon software.

* Identify customer segments and send targeted messages for offers, service reminders, festive campaigns and re-engagement.

* Track customer responses, enquiries and bookings generated through campaigns.

2. Customer Calling & Follow-ups

* Make a minimum of 50 customer calls per working day using customer lists extracted from our software.

* Contact clients who have not visited recently or have not availed specific services, such as facials, haircuts and other salon treatments.

* Follow up with interested customers, encourage repeat visits and generate appointments.

* Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up records.

3. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

* Identify and approach relevant local influencers, beauty bloggers and content creators.

* Manage incoming collaboration enquiries and maintain regular communication with influencers.

* Maintain an organized database of influencers, collaboration details, deliverables and follow-ups.

* Coordinate influencer visits, collaborations and content posting schedules.

Marketing Shoots & Content Coordination

* Coordinate with the marketing team to organize regular shoots at Nidra.

* Plan and coordinate shoots for salon services, treatments, products, offers and festive campaigns.

* Identify suitable UGC creators and influencers to generate engaging content for the brand.

* Maintain a schedule of upcoming shoots and ensure timely coordination.

5. Reporting & Marketing Support

* Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for customer calls, campaigns, influencers and shoots.

* Prepare regular activity and performance reports.

* Coordinate with management and the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

* Prior experience in marketing, CRM, telecalling or influencer coordination is an advantage.

* Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is a plus.

* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.

* Strong organizational skills, follow-up abilities and a proactive approach.

* Comfortable with customer calling, coordination and meeting daily targets.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships and executing marketing activities consistently. This is a hands-on marketing position, combining customer engagement, WhatsApp marketing, influencer collaborations and shoot coordination—not just social media posting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
