Job Location: Alanahalli, Mysore, Karnataka

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and bank book.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment receipts.
- Handle GST billing, e-invoicing, and GST return data preparation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain customer, supplier, and retailer outstanding balances.
- Track factory expenses, showroom sales, and daily cash collections.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate with the factory and showroom teams.
- Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and expense reports.
- Maintain employee salary, attendance, PF/ESI, and payroll records.
- Coordinate with the auditor and CA for taxation and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally Prime, Excel, and accounting software.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification:



B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting.
- Experience in manufacturing, garments, or retail accounting preferred.
- Good communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage factory and showroom accounts.
