Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Ordering

- Warm Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, and present food and beverage menus.
- Menu Storytelling: Develop a deep understanding of our gourmet menu ingredients, allergens, and daily specials to confidently make recommendations and upsell items.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system and communicate any special dietary requests clearly to the kitchen.

Table Service & Flow

- Service Execution: Serve food, artisanal pastries, and beverages efficiently and at the correct temperatures.
- Table Maintenance: Pre-explicit empty plates and glassware promptly throughout the meal without making guests feel rushed.
- Billing: Present accurate checks, process cash or digital/card payments, and handle transactions responsibly.

Cafe Ambience & Upkeep

- Setup & Side-work: Perform opening and closing side-duties, including polishing cutlery, wiping tables, setting up condiments, and ensuring menus are clean.
- Station Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area according to safety standards.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
