Vinayaga Engineering Works is a 65 years old, leading manufacturer's of rolling shutters and shutter components. We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented Dispatch & Purchase Executive to join our team.
Qualification: B.Com, BBA, Diploma or any relevant degree
Experience: Freshers with strong organisational skills and upto 2 years experienced candidates may apply.
Location: Manali, Chennai
Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate dispatch schedules, plan for installaion, verify products, accessories and documents before dispatch.
2. Maintain dispatch records and coordinate with transport providers.
3. Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, material availability and delivery schedules.
4. Assist with purchase orders, inventory records and goods-receipt documentation.
5. Coordinate with production, quality and stores to ensure timely dispatch readiness.
Desired Skills: Basic MS Excel, documentation, organisational skills, attention to detail and positive coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
