Position: Inside Sales Intern

Are you passionate about communication, sales, and helping students build successful careers? We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Interns to engage with prospective learners, explain our technology courses, and guide them toward the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities

● Contact prospective candidates from the company's existing database and digital marketing leads.

● Understand candidates' educational background, degree specialization, career aspirations, and skill requirements.

● Counsel students and professionals on suitable courses related to Emerging Technologies and their academic background.

● Explain course features, curriculum, career opportunities, certifications, and benefits.

● Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls and other communication channels.





● Build strong relationships with prospective learners and address their queries effectively.

● Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates in the CRM system.

● Achieve enrollment and conversion targets by converting qualified leads into course registrations.

● Coordinate with the admissions and training teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
