Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics, icons, illustrations, infographics and layouts for eLearning courses and learning materials.
- Adapt designs to client brand guidelines and project style guides.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, content writers and developers to translate content into visuals.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and manage multiple tasks across projects within deadlines.
- Organise and maintain design files and asset libraries.

Must-Have Requirements

- Design tools: Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (must) Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Language: Valuable written and verbal communication in English, with attention to spelling and grammar in visual content.
- Visual skills: Strong sense of layout, typography, colour and composition.
- Learning mindset:



Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques, and openness to feedback.
- Go-getter attitude: Proactive, self-driven and ownership-oriented.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities without losing quality.
- Portfolio: A portfolio of academic, personal or freelance design work.
