Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will help expand Ebixo’s vendor network by identifying potential vendors, building relationships, introducing them to our platform, and supporting them throughout the onboarding process.

This is an opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in business development, B2B sales, vendor management, and digital procurement while contributing directly to the growth of an emerging platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Acquisition: Identify, research, and approach potential vendors across categories such as office supplies, furniture, corporate gifting, hospitality, merchandise, and business essentials.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:



Connect with prospective vendors through phone calls, emails, meetings, social media, and other digital channels.
- Platform Introduction: Explain Ebixo’s value proposition, business model, onboarding process, and potential growth opportunities to prospective vendors.
- Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate vendor registration, documentation, agreements, compliance requirements, and other onboarding formalities.
- Product Listing & Catalogue Management: Assist vendors in listing their products and services, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, images, availability, and other relevant details.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, address queries, collect feedback, and support vendors throughout their journey on the platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including operations, product, and customer success, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain vendor lead records, track outreach and onboarding progress, and prepare regular updates on acquisition activities.
