Job Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support project procurement activities, supplier coordination, RFQs, purchase order tracking, and procurement reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with projects, planning, and finance teams for requirements.
- Prepare and float RFQs through SAP ARIBA or other procurement platforms.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations and support negotiation/evaluation.
- Track Purchase Orders (POs), deliveries, and PO closure.
- Coordinate with stores/logistics for material receipt and closure.
- Prepare and maintain procurement MIS reports.
- Track vendor performance, procurement timelines, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce / Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain.
- Project procurement experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ARIBA or similar procurement tools.
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Good vendor coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
