Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience, primarily focused on post-sales activities, client relationship management, requirement analysis, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, effective communication, and successful delivery of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage post-sales client communication and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and expectations after the sales closure.
- Coordinate with project managers, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and change requests.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss project progress, gather feedback, address concerns, and clarify requirements.
- Track project deliverables, timelines, action items, and pending client requests.
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, additional requirements, and potential upselling or cross-selling in coordination with the sales team.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, requirement documents, and status reports.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT),



validate deliverables against client requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Proactively follow up on client queries and ensure a positive post-sales experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services or software development company.
- Strong understanding of post-sales processes, client handling, and project coordination.
- Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and resolve queries.
- Valuable knowledge of requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling US-based or international clients.
- Exposure to post-sales account management, client onboarding, implementation, or software project delivery.
- Understanding of change request management, UAT, and client feedback processes.
