We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order processing and follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, and MIS data.

Maintain customer records and sales documentation.

Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely order execution.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.

Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or related roles preferred.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
