Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join a construction company in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with project teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring that all civil works meet approved drawings, quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Review civil engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Inspect construction materials and completed work to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and project requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.




- Coordinate with MEP teams to resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Relevant experience in building construction projects.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams and meet deadlines.
