Your Mission:
- Grow & Dominate: Take absolute ownership of our existing B2B portfolio, proactively uncovering massive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Go Global: Navigate international markets with confidence, managing and closing deals with clients around the world.
- Keep the Funnel Full: Aggressively prospect and hunt for net-new business to keep top-line revenue climbing.
- Master the Data: Use your advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) to build airtight, data-driven performance reports that guide our growth strategy.
Who You Are:
- A Global Communicator: You possess flawless, skilled-level command over English and Hindi to negotiate complex deals. (Huge bonus points if you speak an additional international language!)
- A Proven Hustler & Farmer: You have a verifiable track record in B2B sales. You know how to close a new deal, but more importantly, you know how to nurture an account for long-term growth.
- Data-Driven: You don't guess; you track. You are highly proficient in Excel and CRM tools to manage your global pipeline efficiently.
- An Autonomous Executor: You possess strong problem-solving skills, taking hands-on accountability for your targets while operating with uncompromising integrity.
