Senior Technical Lead (Full-Stack | Frappe + JS + Python)
Experience: 5+ years in full-stack product development, preferably in ERP or SaaS platforms
Team: 8–10 junior developers (0.5–2 years exp.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, code quality, and tech decisions across LENS ERP and AI-integrated modules.
- Conduct hands-on mentoring in JavaScript, Python, Frappe/ERPNext, Git, and system design.
- Guide junior devs through code reviews, debugging sessions, and paired programming.
- Own sprint deliverables with proper estimation and help unblock tech issues.
- Maintain CI/CD hygiene, testing strategies, and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align tech solutions with outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong in backend (Python/Frappe) and frontend (JS, Vue/React).
- Prior experience building ERP, CPQ, CRM or workflow-heavy systems.
- Passion for mentoring and working with younger, rural/local teams.
- Positive communication, clarity of thought, and debugging mindset.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
