You will own organic search for one or more of our US e-commerce brands. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who has the fundamentals down and thinks beyond the checklist.
Search is changing quick: AI overviews, AI assistants and shifting search behavior. Following a standard audit template is no longer enough. We want someone who understands how customers search for and evaluate jewelry, and who can explain why traffic moved before deciding what to do about it.
What you'll do
- Keep our Shopify and Magento stores technically healthy: crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, internal linking and site architecture.
- Research keywords and search intent based on how customers actually shop, and turn it into page and content priorities.
- Look for new opportunities to rank – no the standard “guest posting and backlinking” route, but additional avenues that are relevant to 2026
- Improve collection and product pages, which drive most e-commerce search revenue.
- Plan content with the content team: what to write,
for which intent, and how it links into the store.
- Track competitors: what they rank for, what they publish, and where they are gaining.
- Measure what your changes actually did. Separate the effect of your work from seasonality, algorithm updates and paid activity.
- Track and improve how our brands appear in AI-driven search and answer engines.
Pay: ₹166,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
