Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase clinic revenue and patient acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the clinic's customer base.
- Build relationships with corporate organizations, local businesses, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
- Explore corporate wellness programs, institutional tie-ups, and other relevant partnership opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to strengthen Clinic's brand awareness.
- Organize health awareness programs, promotional events, and patient engagement activities, as appropriate for the clinic's services.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.

Client & Patient Relationship Management

- Develop solid relationships with existing and prospective patients, corporate clients, and referral partners.




- Improve patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and referral generation.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve services.
- Handle business-related enquiries and coordinate follow-ups with the relevant clinic team.

Strategic Partnerships

- Establish partnerships with relevant hospitals, healthcare professionals, companies, residential communities, and other organizations.
- Develop proposals for corporate packages and partnership programs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain long-term business relationships, subject to management approval.
- Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for expansion.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
