Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, generate sales leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Calling & Lead Generation

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospective clients.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into potential sales.

2. Customer Coordination

- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Provide basic product information and respond to customer queries.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.

3. Follow-Up & Reporting

- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending leads.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Prepare daily calling and lead-generation reports.
- Maintain an updated database of customers and prospects.

4. Sales Support





- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in promotional calling and customer feedback collection.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- HSC / Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience will be preferred.
