- 3–5 years in the automobile industry
- Hands-on exposure to IATF 16949 standards (quality management systems)
- Experience in NPD (New Product Development) and MR (Management Representative) departments
Knowledge & Skills:
- Solid understanding of PAP (Production Approval Process), FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), and FEC (Functional Evaluation Criteria)
- Familiarity with quality tools and automotive compliance requirements
- Ability to handle audits, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with prior exposure to P1 PAP, FMEA, and MSA activities
- Practical experience in implementing IATF 16949 requirements in automotive projects
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
