We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and people-focused Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance policy sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, hiring new sales professionals, and achieving team targets. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships, motivating people and creating a winning team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Drive insurance policy sales and achieve individual and team targets.
