- Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor company income, expenses, cash flow, and budgets.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings in coordination with the relevant professionals.
- Monitor payroll processing, salary payments, and employee-related financial transactions in coordination with HR.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and expense reports.
- Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to control costs.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Positive analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing the overall finance function of a company.
- Ability to prepare financial reports and present findings to management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
