About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Inside Sales team. Freshers are welcome. Candidates with experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, inside sales or business development are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1+ years of experience.
- Trading/FinTech experience is NOT mandatory.
Training will be provided.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- English + Hindi OR English + Tamil.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
