- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demos between prospective clients and the Account Executive/Sales team.
- Attend internal sales meetings, client meetings, and training sessions to understand products, sales strategies, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Update and maintain accurate lead information, meeting notes, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business goals.
- Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate the company's products and solutions.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
- Track daily activities, maintain sales reports,



and share progress updates with the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Achieve individual lead generation and meeting booking targets.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA graduates preferred).
- Fresher or candidates with up to 3 months of internship experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
