- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain technical issues, repair recommendations, estimated costs and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and the service team to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and communicate updates regarding vehicle status.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure vehicles are delivered within the committed timeline.
- Ensure accurate documentation, billing coordination and vehicle handover.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve customer satisfaction,



service revenue and other assigned performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz service processes, quality standards and safety procedures.
