Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Assist with HR operations and recruitment reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA graduates or candidates pursuing an MBA.
- HR specialization preferred.




- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals is an advantage.
