Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Service Assistant (Telecaller) to join our team.

The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, answering their questions, providing information about our products or services, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer calls.
- Answer customer questions politely and clearly.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Record customer information and update records.
- Handle customer complaints and help resolve issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.




- Good listening and communication skills.
- Ability to handle calls patiently and professionally.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Education
