Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard schools, coaching institutes and educational institutions as strategic partners.
- Visit schools/institutions, meet principals, directors and decision-makers, and present Vedhkrit solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, networking and field visits.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and partnership discussions.
- Develop institutional alliances, manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations and academic teams for successful institutional onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA preferred; experience in EdTech,



institutional sales or B2B business development desirable.
- Must know digital marketing tools, social media marketing and online lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace and lead tracking.
- Willingness to travel regularly to schools, coaching centres and educational institutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Growth

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
