Job Title: E-Commerce Executive – Cosmetic & Baby Care Products
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts for cosmetic and baby care products.
- Handle product listings, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
- Upload and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product details.
- Monitor daily sales, returns, stock availability, and marketplace performance.
- Manage the company website and ensure accurate product information and smooth order processing.
- Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams for timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Track competitor pricing, product performance, and market trends in the cosmetic and baby care categories.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings,
and product feedback to improve listings and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and identify opportunities to increase online sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations for a cosmetic, skincare, or baby care brand is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and marketplace operations.
