Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain telecom products and services.

* Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

* Generate leads and support sales conversions.

* Maintain and update customer databases regularly.

* Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.

* Work towards assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

* Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills

* 6 months or 1 year experience in telecalling field.

* Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

* Basic knowledge of telecom products and services.

* Positive convincing and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
