We have immediate openings for an experienced Breakfast & Continental Chef specializing in South Indian Breakfast and Starters and Food Items.

Requirement:We are looking for a Chef who is specialized in making Idli, Dosa, Vada, Bonda, Upma, Pongal and other Breakfast items, along with Continental Breakfast and Veg / Non-Veg Starters.

Job Role & Responsibilities: Prepare and cook South Indian breakfast items - Idli, Dosa, Vada, Bonda, Sambar, Chutneys and other regional specialities as per standard recipesPrepare Continental breakfast and a variety of Veg & Non-Veg StartersEnsure taste, quality, presentation and consistency as per hotel standardsEnsure meals are healthy and meet dietary preferences of guestsMaintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety as per FSSAI normsMonitor food stock,



inventory and inform management about requirementsManage proper storage of raw materialsSupport team during busy operations and adapt menu as per guest requirementsCandidate Profile:Experience in South Indian Breakfast & Starters is mustKnowledge of Continental breakfast preferredShould maintain hygiene and follow kitchen SOPsHardworking, punctual and team player
