Job Title: Salesman – Hosiery & Garments

Job Summary:

We are looking for an active, confident, and result-oriented Salesman to manage sales operations within assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and good knowledge of sales and stock management.

Candidates with previous experience in the hosiery and garment industry will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

- Manage sales operations and customer relationships within the assigned area.
- Visit existing customers and develop new customers to increase sales.
- Promote and sell hosiery, garments, and related products.
- Communicate effectively with retailers, dealers, and other customers to generate orders.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure regular follow-ups with customers.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment within the assigned area.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, returns, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Supervise and coordinate with subordinates, sales assistants, and stock-handling staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Take responsibility for the overall sales performance and stock management of the assigned territory.

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in the hosiery and garment industry.




- Must be fluent in at least TWO of the following languages: Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Excellent speaking, communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to attract customers, generate orders, and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Ability to manage an assigned territory independently and take responsibility for results.
- Leadership skills to coordinate and manage subordinates.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain sales and stock records.
- Must be active, responsible, disciplined, honest, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

Training and Support:

Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred. Other candidates with solid communication skills, convincing power, and a willingness to learn may also be considered. Sufficient training and guidance will be provided to help the selected candidate understand our products, sales procedures, inventory systems, and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
