Position: MIS Executive / Customer Support Executive
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Job Requirements:
- Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer calls and backend coordination
- Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining MIS reports
- Managing data and reporting activities in Excel
- Handling incoming toll-free customer calls and queries
- Coordinating with internal departments
- Maintaining records and operational reports
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Candidate should be detail-oriented and willing to learn
