Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception Duties

- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and announce walk-in clients, guests, or patients, and issue visitor passes or logs. [1, 2]
- Lobby Upkeep: Keep the reception area, waiting lounge, and front desk clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary stationery and forms. [1, 2, 3]
- Mail & Courier Handling: Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming letters, parcels, and official correspondence, as well as prepare outgoing mail. [1, 2, 3]
- Admin Support: Assist department heads or HR with basic clerical tasks, data entry, record maintenance, and vendor or housekeeping coordination. [1, 2]

Telecalling & Communication Duties

- Inbound Call Management: Answer multi-line phone calls promptly, screen inquiries, provide accurate information about services/products,



and route calls to appropriate staff. [1, 2, 3]
- Outbound Telecalling & Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to prospective clients or leads, explain offerings, follow up on inquiries, conduct service/feedback surveys, and pitch packages. [1, 2, 3]
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm client, patient, or meeting appointments in the digital calendar or CRM. [1, 2, 3]
- Conversion & Reporting: Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into confirmed visits or sales, and maintain regular logs/reports of calls made, leads generated, and conversion rates. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
