‎ ‎Muthoot Finance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our Personal Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Converting the business from the company - Generated leads, promoting personal loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

‎ ‎ Key Responsibilities

‎ - ‎Work on company-generated leads to convert prospective customers into successful personal loan disbursements.

- No cold calling or self-sourcing is required, as qualified leads will be provided by the company.

- ‎Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

- ‎Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and referral sources.

- ‎Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment options to prospective customers.

- ‎Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful loan disbursements.

- ‎Coordinate with the credit, operations, and documentation teams for smooth loan processing.

- ‎Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer documents.

- ‎Ensure compliance with company policies,



regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

- ‎Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

‎ ‎ Required Qualifications

‎ -‎Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in sales, BFSI, personal loans, banking, NBFC, or financial services.

-‎Freshers with strong communication and Negotiation skills can apply. ‎ ‎
