Freelance US Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Freelance US Recruiter to source and connect with qualified candidates across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and communication skills and be comfortable working independently on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates across the United States using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic qualifications.
- Contact candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of US candidates.
- Meet agreed sourcing and recruitment targets.
- Provide regular updates on candidate progress and sourcing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
