BDM AND ABOVE : Sales Experience of minimum 2 years local market any industry Designations are up to Branch Manager.

BDE : Experienced Telecallers/ Telesales candidates or Freshers welcome for BDE level. For BDE level , candidates from other cities can also apply for those who can relocate to Noida.

Compensation is best in the industry. Fixed compensation plus incentives. Ample opportunities for fast growth.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals at all levels. BDEs have to drive business through lead generation, build client relationships, provide support to sales team with client leads wherever applicable. This role is ideal for individuals with positive communication skills who are eager to grow a career in sales and business development starting their sales journey from within office working. No physical field calls generally required at this profile.

BDM profile and above is team building through recruitment from references and market.



BDM has to support his team in generating business and revenues for the company.

Key Responsibilities

BDE LEVEL

- Reach out to potential customers by cold calling, Generate leads via calls.
- Pitch products to client. Handle clients queries and help client in closers.

BDM AND ABOVE

- Responsible for recruitment of Business Partners from the market through self reference and market activities.
- Source business from the clients through Business Partners
- B2B sales for group businesses.
- Clearly explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Strong ability to engage, convince and build rapport with customers.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Own conveyance with Valid DL is mandatory for BDM and above profiles.
