# JOB DESCRIPTION – BANGALORE

**Position:** Customer Support Executive / Telecaller

**Location:** Bangalore

**Languages Required:** Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada

**Salary:** ₹16,000–₹17,000 per month

**Shift Timing:** 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Week Off:** 1 rotational week off

### Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and respond to customer queries.

- Communicate effectively in any one of the required regional languages.

- Provide accurate information and maintain good customer relationships.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Maintain customer records and follow up when required.

### Candidate Requirements

- Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates willing to work in Bangalore are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
